Why I Created Rise Again Community™
Hi, I'm Snehal.
I'm an Agile-AI Leadership, Mindset & Career Transformation Mentor, coach and teacher.
After more than a decade in the IT industry and years of working with people, teams and organisations through change and transformation, I now focus on helping professionals navigate their own career and personal transitions.
But Rise Again wasn't created simply because of my professional experience. It was shaped by my personal journey.
I've experienced career breaks, layoffs, rejection, self-doubt, uncertainty, starting again and the challenge of rebuilding confidence when life and career don't go according to plan.
Through those experiences, I learned something that has stayed with me:
A setback can change your path without defining your potential.
I also learned that sometimes we don't need another course, another certification or more information. Sometimes we need:
- clarity when everything feels confusing,
- perspective when we're overthinking,
- encouragement when we've stopped believing in ourselves,
- and a practical next step when we don't know where to begin.
That's what I want Rise Again Community™ to be.
